The loan officer lead me on for 2 weeks. Started the loan process on a Saturday, and was promised a phone call on Monday - never received one. I tried calling back on Tuesday to no response. I tried emailing our loan officer directly to see what was going on. Apparently the underwriters had more questions - okay, fine. Answered those. Then radio silence for a few more days. Then we hear back saying "Everything looks good. Just a few more questions..." Okay, fine. Answer the questions, expecting to get approval, and then today we're informed we either need a higher down payment, an additional or a different co-signer with higher credit. Why could they not have told us this sooner? Why did we have to wait 2 weeks for this person to say it looks good, then revoke that saying Nevermind, and oh by the way, I'm passing your loan off to someone else because I'm going on vacation for 3 weeks? Seriously? United One Credit Union needs to re-evaluate their loan officers and their efficiency. Not. Happy.

They wanted to have heightened security cards and before everyone received their new debit and credit cards, they turned them off. Now I'm stuck here in Arizona (grew up in Manitowoc that is why my bank is there) with money in my account and NO WAY to access it. I'm LIVID that a bank would do this! Shut off the cards as people activate new ones. It's completely ridiculous and unprofessional, as soon as I get a new bank out here I will cancel this one. Hate this bank for all the trouble it caused me.
