The website and user manual show a photo of the product components and I had everything pictured. After purchasing two cords to try to charge the device, I realized that the description of "USB" port was incorrect and that the port the manual refers to is not a USB port. I called the store and spent over 30 minutes trying to get help with this. The employee helping me had no idea what was going on. He was a new employee and didn't even know what device I was talking about, even though I offered to give him the item number several times. When I finally insisted and gave him the item number (after 25 minutes), he realized he didn't have that item in stock to compare. He told me to call back and said that he would not answer, so that that woman at the other store would pick up and help me. SO, I call... and call... and call.. No answer. I reach out via the website chat. I finally receive an email asking for my order number, which I didn't have because it was an in-store transaction. The woman from NY finally calls me. She has a horrible attitude and actually laughed at me several times during the call. She cited a 7 day exchange only policy. My item was purchased 3 weeks prior. So, even thoughI do not have all of the components, had to spend a ridiculous amount of time dealing with these people, and have a recording device that is flimsy and sub-par to others that I've used, this store will not talk the product back and give me a refund. Again, do not shop here. Save yourself a headache.

I offered them monies for their trouble, but they decided to keep $1200 more of the money then they deserved. The following email was never responded to: "Steve, I am not happy with the fact you billed me for time spent prior to being hired. Your explanation still confuses me. I reached out to the AG office near you (White Plains) and asked what is considered acceptable, and/or, law. They told me that unless you were clear to me, or my counsel, prior to submitting and estimate and had a written agreement to do so, you are not supposed to bill me for time spent prior to being hired. You were retained 5/514, and according to your email of 6/27/14, had 6.4 hours billed prior to that. Granted, you credited 1.5 hours of the 6.5 billed. Therefore only charged me for 5 hours ($1,375). But, I, as the consumer, do not agree with being charged for time you spent to be hired. Please refund me $1,200, I will accept being charged 1.0 hour (.9 greater then the amount billed after being hired) and this will be acceptable. If you disagree, I will ask the AG to assist me. Legalzoom files for your LLC for you, only to never tell you about the supporting certificates and documents they get from the state immediately.. Business Licenses said they would have my state registration by 9/3/19 and that was 3 weeks ago, today is the 9th and I still have nothing.. So, in short I filed for a new LLC today myself, only to find out these scammers got all the documents I needed immediately from the state online..
