This bank is horrible. They don't care about their customers AT ALL! I just deposited a check for…read moreover $6,000 which was denied the first time, ire-submitted using all the EXACT same info days later and many fees later n it was approved using the second deposit of course so they can justify helping ALL THE FEES and now they get to"HOLD"my funds for 2 BUSINESS days AND A TOTAL OF 4 WEEKEND DAYS..... OH AND MY ACTT SOMEHOW SHOWS I'M -$6,0000 FOR ALL THAT TIME!?!? I WILL NOT BANK HERE ANY MORE.

My mother in law has used this small credit union for years so it was an obvious choice for us when…read morewe moved. Plus we live near the main office, which is convenient. Staff is friendly. There's a little play area and books for kids, which I don't think I've seen at a bank before. The services meet our needs. So far so good. Between my satisfaction with Ontario Shores and our good experience with a credit union in another state, I can't imagine doing business with a corporate bank again.
