They literally FORGOT to file my return, then LOST my New York State return. When I was told to call the corporate office and talk to the manager lisette she tried to pretend she was not in the office - WHAT OFFICE MANAGER IN A CORPORATE OFFICE ISNT AT WORK AT 10AM?!? They were highly sloppy and then just tried to brush me off by saying they would fix it with a discount next year lmao as if I would EVER use the service again.
