The process of wrapping a closing is stressful enough without a company thats not responsive to questions about the fees on your settlement statement. Title Insurance in PA is suppose to be an all inclusive product. While there are suppose to be fees for other services outside of the all inclusive price. Those additional costs are defined in the PA Title Insurance Bureau Manual available online. This company doesnt comply with it. They also dont publish their rates for additional services on the web, unlike other title companies in the area. I wouldnt recommend this company for your title insurance. read more
