Everything was working fine for months until it stopped the auto pay and locked me out of the online banking side because I hadn't logged into the account in a while. This ended up costing multiple late charges. For online banking, this is ridiculous. Just enforce 2factor/MFA and leave the accounts alone. Why in the world would they allow auto pay to shutoff? I somehow don't have these types of issues with either KeyBank or Chase.
