We have just started our mortgage application process with NVR earlier this month, we are still at the beginning stages of the game. Generally I would not post a review until my experience was completed, however I am so impressed with the experience that we've had so far that I couldn't wait! I am a big believer in sharing your good experiences just as much as your bad ones! We are working with Ali F. in Rochester, NY and she is just AMAZING!! Not only is Ali incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, but she deals with all of my millions of questions that I have had for her (along with a million emails!) with no aggravation, quick response time, and friendly demeanor! She has never made me feel like my questions were silly or dumb, and I feel like Ali has really taken the time to fully answer any and all of our questions whenever we've asked. I loved that she wanted to set up a meeting to get to know my fiance and me early on in the application process, makes you feel like you're cared about as a person and not just another loan application number! Ali is also just so friendly that you couldn't help but keep smiling the entire time we were there! We both walked out of that meeting feeling like we had all of our questions answered and a lot of our anxiety about the unknown alleviated! I've seen negative reviews on other sites and was prepared for a bad experience and can tell you that I have had anything BUT a bad one- I would refer anyone to NVR- especially if they have the chance to work with Ali! read more

I used NVR Mortgage to finance my new home loan earlier this year. Having been through the mortgage application process twice before with other lenders, I was not looking forward to it.
