This was my second time going there, the first time was good. That was about five months ago…read more Second time I went was two weeks ago, and I can't even give this place even one star as far as customer service and quality of their products. Might be because they're moving and selling their farm, that they don't give a crap right now but I spent $60 dollars there and got totally ripped off and would never go there again while these owners are still there. I'm just telling you guys this so that you don't get ripped off too. I bought wheat grass that was limp to begin with. It cost $20 for the tray. I told them I would take the wheat grass without the tray and could they do it for 15. She said yes and we put it in a bag. I took it right home, put it back on a tray and within one day it was smelling rotten. It was turning yellow and I had to throw it out. I sent her pictures. I told her and she told me it was because I took it off the tray to begin with and bought it without the tray, so why did she still sell it to me that way if that was true? Then I bought an aloe plant from them for $15. The plants were all cramped inside a pot and had root rot. I was gonna try to save a few of the aloe babies, but when I got home and started to remove the dead plant leaves, I realized that the whole plant was a big mess and I never should've bought it from them. I grow fresh herbs myself, but I did not have any mint at the time, so I purchased a mint plant. When I brought it home I took a picture of it and asked Google lens what it was since it had a really weird smell not like usual mint does and it told me that it was from the mint family but that it had a fungus, which is why it smelled really weird too, so I threw that out as well. That was another five dollars down the drain. I did buy eggs from Tracy, but I'm going to throw those out too because I just don't trust this lady on any level now because she did not respond to me as a professional who owns a business and who gives a crap about her customers. Again, I texted her the pictures and told her what happened and not one time did she apologize or offer to replace the items or credit me, she basically gaslit me by saying it was my fault for not purchasing the wheatgrass without their tray, ( which I would have had to return it out deposit on) Not one time did she apologize or offer to make this sale right or offer any understanding for my dissatisfaction. She's totally unprofessional and doesn't give a crap! Guess it's all about money to her. I just hope the poor cats and animals that are there get a really good owner after she's moved to Mt Dora. Hopefully someone that's compassionate and gives a crap about people as well as animals. This is the worst customer service I think I've ever had in a really long time and that means in person or online. Very disappointed.

This is an experience as well as an amazing source for fresh healthy food! Minutes from the…read moreVillages. We went to the farm to experience the goat, yoga, I highly recommend! Very fun experience, but then we're blown away by all of the produce available how fresh everything is, they go out into the field and cut your order right when you place it. Such a great idea! And it's a beautiful property they even have Airbnb's available for a getaway or to hold an event! Highly recommend and we will be using them frequently

I've been with Space Girl Organics for a looong time now. I joined up a couple of years ago when I…read morewas looking for an organic coop to join and BLAMO there was a special deal available on Space Girl. I signed up and have been with this service ever since. Lucinda, founder/owner, is such a fantastic person too. One year I inquired if she knew of any way to get a turkey for Thanksgiving. She went well out of her way to hook me up. Always happy to work around unique requests and special dietary needs, the service has been great. Here's how it works: You sign up and if you like, you can make a list of produce you're not a fan of (and it won't end up in your box). Each weekend we get the email blast telling us the boxes are ready for review (and what items are needed this week for the local homeless shelter). You login, check your box, make substitutions if you want to switch anything out, add items (you can shop!) that maybe weren't in your box like fruit, veggies, meat, eggs, butter, seasonings, oils.... you get the idea. And then, come your delivery day, you put out your box (with any donations you can make to the homeless) and they switch it out with one full of delicious, fresh, organic produce. I've had meat, eggs, butter, veggies and fruit delivered with no problems at all. It's always perfectly chill despite our roasty, hot Florida summers. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to increase their organic intake, who love the idea of supporting our humane/organic agriculture/farms, who like to give back to the community (this element is completely voluntary, but it does leave you with a warm fuzzy feeling). There are patches here and there where the produce might not change much because of what's in season. I typically may just skip a week here and there if I get more of something than I can handle. The site is set up in a way that managing your schedule is a snap. Push a button to skip/add weeks or go on vacation. Super easy, super delish. If you haven't heard of them yet, you're missing out and should sign up right now. ;)

I absolutely love this company and recommend to all of my family / friends. Not only is their…read morecustomer service and delivery top notch, but the produce is ALWAYS fresh and tasty. You're able to preview your selections ahead of time, and can swap for other items if there's a certain veg you don't care for. I get the large box and honestly, it's the only reason I've been able to eat fresh while working through this pandemic. Thank you so much to the team!
