They charge for one hour massage and spa you spend waiting 10 mins each time they start something. The massage was HORRIBLE!! Lady rubbed my back body softly, I said I need a massage a little firm plz, she said you didn't pay for hard massage!! Are you kidding me?? Hate the Spa at this hotel. I asked for a different masseuse she left for 10 mins came back took me to put mask on my face!! Wow! Solaris Spa is horrible on top of all this that I complained, manager says "sorry come back tomorrow and I'll give you 50% discount!!! Never again that's why there is no website or listing but it's connected to this hotel!
