Larry, I always strive for customer's satisfaction. It is my top priority, and I get so much…read morepersonal gratification from it. Reviews must be based on accuracy and true facts. Unfortunately, your review contains defamatory comments about me, even after 8 years have gone by (2015). I see in your profile that your reviews of other businesses are always 1 star reviews. 1. You asked me to provide interpretation services for your mom in the Consulate of Mexico. She was in Calgary despite you being in the US. The appointment was booked at 12:30 pm. I got there on time, but your mom never showed up. I had to wait for your mom for over an hour. You claimed that you had called 15 minutes from the start, but your call was made 1 hour later. I made a charge because you didn't give me any cancelation notification in a timely manner. I turned down other sessions at that time as I had already committed to your mom's session, and I was there as per our agreement. 2. I have nothing to hide. Not everyone accepts credit card payments. From the beginning, as you lived in the US, I explained to you that the payment would have to be made by cash, e-transfer (if possible), or deposit into my account. I even offered to give you my account details. You decided that it was ok for your mother to pay, and trusted you to the point that I didn't even ask for an upfront payment. 3. As a Christian, money isn't my God. I was only asking for fairness and respect to my job & time, as I had respected your mom's and your time. I am sorry if this led you to perceive it as greed. 4. I suggested I could pick the money up from your mother's place if that was easier for you (and your mom) because she was living in Calgary, not in the US like you. My intention was NEVER to threaten your mother - as I mentioned it to you in some emails at the time - but to make the process easier and faster. I NEVER said I would collect the money forcefully from you or your mother. I NEVER threatened your mother as you claim. I didn't even have your mom's phone or address, and even if I had had your mom's #, I would have NEVER threatened her. I have NEVER had any problem with the law either. 5. Despite you said that you would make the payment in a specific day, I didn't hear from you after that. You knew that the payment had to be made on the same day, just like in most (if not all) businesses. I sent you an email in order to find out what had happened. Despite you replied with insults, discriminatory and humiliating comments, I should have never responded with bad words. I didn't know how to handle the hurtful insults, so I replied to you trying to defend myself before your attacks. I sincerely regret the interaction. I am capable of recognizing my own mistakes. I learned so much from the experience, and if I could go back in time, I would try handling the situation in a better way. 6. You couldn't file any complaint against me in the consulate because you had no grounds for it. I had the consulate employee's support because of what had happened and because you were the one who was considered to be at fault. 7. At the time, you made me feel threatened and harrased. Therefore, I had to bring the police up for my own safety. 8. Your emails throughout the years have been a cause of stress. If you are open to talk over the phone to have a mutually respectful and mature conversation, and you are also open to talk calmly, I would be willing to do so, too. I could call you or you could call me. You know my #, and I can check if l have yours in an email. I would do anything in my power to bring you peace of mind. Living with resentment towards another person can hurt that person's soul and affect the person's tranquility, which seems to be your case based on your review. If you don't think this could bring you peace of mind, and if you consider that talking wouldn't help the situation at all, then let's no talk. I will respect your decision. I wish our experience had been different. Unfortunately, this couldn't be achieved given the circumstances. Despite we can't change the past, we can certainly learn from it, and I have done so. I sincerely wish you the best. May God bless you!

This is ONE money hungry lady. She starts out sweet as pie, but as soon as she can ask for your…read moremoney, the claws come out. Had a really bad experience with this "lady" a few years ago. I made an appointment with her onthe phone, and had to cancel due to some unforseen issue. AND, she still insisted on being paid. She does not accept credit card payments or debit card (wonder why? tax records?)So I had to send her a money gram" (hard for revenue canada to trace?) and she was VICIOUS telling me that she would file a complaint with the calgary police? (for what, i cancelled with her) (70 bucks) She also threatened to call and harrass my mother (86 years old) AND she threatened to report me to the Mexican Consulate ??? ha ha.. Mexican government would laugh at her. SO.. I paid her, and years later, the bad taste in my mouth lingers. Money is her GOD.
