I previously used Commercial Process Serving when I worked for a Ventura law firm many years ago, but now working in Sherman Oaks my firm used another service. I started using CPS again after having had too many bad experiences with the attorney service I was using to serve trial subpoenas. Not only are the people at Commercial Process Serving totally accommodating, but super friendly! And they served all my trial subpoenas with no problem! I now use them exclusively for all of my process serving needs throughout California and for my Ventura court service. I have never gotten the run around, never felt like I was getting excuses. Carlos and his crew truly know the meaning of customer service!! Hands down they are the best in the business! read more

I have used Commercial Process Serving since the mid 1990's for court filings, process service, and record retrievals and have always had professional, friendly and competent service at competitive rates. Sal, Johnny, Carlos, Eileen, Yasmin and the rest of the staff have always assisted whenever possible when I've had unexpected rush needs and difficult serves which has always been greatly appreciated. They have also always promptly responded to any questions I've had as well as providing status updates on difficult serves and assisted in locating witnesses when needed. Commercial Process Serving is hands down the best attorney service this firm and this writer have ever used. We are a Ventura County law firm, and we switched to Commercial approximately 1-1/2 years ago. Their customer service, their speed in handling, their responses to every single possible scenario you can imagine are far superior to any other attorney service this firm has used and that I have used in my 30 years as a legal assistant. Maria Valle, Esteban Pujol, Johnny, Christian, Josh, Heather - to all the staff - (I'm sorry if I missed anyone) - a huge thank you for your professionalism and for going above and beyond what should be expected of you. read more

I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service that I received from Commercial Processing Serving, Inc. Extremely professional and courteous. When I had a question about my case, they responded very quickly, in some cases an hour or less. Esteban Pujol could not have been more friendly and responded quickly with a complete answer to my questions and when I requested the filing of documents with Ventura County Superior Court they did it as instructed with a written explanation as to how and when it was filed. Great work on Skip Trace search, turned up a report of over 150 pages on the person. read more

Commercial Process Serving, Inc. is the Attorney Service for the law office in which I work. When my husband and I had to file some documents at the courthouse, we realized it would be difficult for us to take the time off of work to do so and we were unfamiliar with the process. I emailed Esteban Pujol for assistance and his capable, efficient staff handled the filing for us seamlessly. The rates are incredibly reasonable and the staff are exceptional, down to the last person. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for an Attorney Service and would not consider using another company. read more

Commercial is AWESOME. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly group of people. I can't say enough about them. I've been down to the wire time-wise with voluminous rush filings, and they have come through for me each and every time. I totally trust them with all our court and process service needs. Love the portal for uploading our documents. Their Work Order pops up as quickly as you can press "Enter," and it's super easy to use. Their turnaround is super fast. What really makes them shine for me, though, is their wonderful customer service. They are a joy to work with. read more

Johnny has always been very help full in making sure all our jobs are done. I feel they have always gone about and beyond to get our fillings done on time. They have great communication with there clients.. I just wish they had more offices around California so we can use them for other court fillings or serves. Then we would not have to use some of the vendors we use that don't reply or give us status in a timely matter. read more
