You can tell they really wanted us to be good, safe riders. They would approach me on breaks and ask me questions and give me tips, which I really appreciated. They stressed the importance of each of the tasks explained why we do them, what happens if we dont,etc. I couldnt have asked for better instructors.

We called to explain the situation they said they do not issue refunds. That's crazy when you don't get the service due to something like this and they don't give a crap. It was his hard earned money he saved for this course. Absolutely disgusting not to have any empathy. Shows this place is not the place we want to give business in the future to.
