The instructors were highly knowledgeable and patient, and our daughter learned so much from each of them. It gave her all the knowledge she needed to do her drives and score well, even on the very first one. Since this was her first ever online course for a class, it gave her the confidence to know she can be successful taking online classes too. We signed my daughter Audrey up for driving lessons with Deanna Reed owner of Turtle and Hare…read moreDriving in November of 2021. Due to lack of communication and consistant ability for my daughter to complete her driving instruction in a timely manner we terminated the services and asked for at least a partial refund. I spoke to Ms. Reed by text message on 2/25/22 about the termination. After not hearing anything and not receiving anything by mail I sent Ms. Reed another message on 3/11/22 then again on 3/16/22 and have not received any response from her. Ms. Reed only communicates by text message, she will not contact you by phone. After repeated contact attempts Ms. Reed finally sent us a text message stating she was refunding a portion of our original payment. We received $50 and in the enclosed documents she stated she only owed us $25 but included another $25 as good faith. Our daughter was only an hour away from completing her on the road requirements. In addition Ms Reed was initially given a schedule of all the times our daughter would be available for driving but there was no response to that text along with many others. Ms Reeds lack of communication and commitment to her clients are not professional in any way. We are owed a larger refund according to the statement we received. We were billed $50 for Classroom Online Instruction which we had already paid for prior to our daughter starting the driving instruction services. We can provide all text correspondence between ourselves and Ms Reed.

While the instructor was cordial in personal dealings, the training environment was very different. My wife felt more stressed and less competent after the sessions than she did before we started with Eiguren Driving School. Additionally, an off-color remark likening driving to intercourse made the entire training experience uncomfortable. A friend who recommended this school stated that her experience is not consistent with ours. However, based on our experience, we do not recommend this school.
