Sent what we thought spam email in German asking for payment without details of booking so we almost lost our booking. Then asked for transfers again thinking dealing with hotel as the emails is "read sea hotels booking". No answer and left stranded at airport. Still no answer to emails 3 days later. Never book through this company.
