Robert was kind enough to take my call, ask his cleaning crew about the phone and face timed me after he he tracked down the bus used that evening so that I could see his search. Although nothing was found that day, the phone turned up 2 days later. A student had found it that day and turned it into the driver. Robert texted me a photo of it right away to confirm if it my daughter's. Once confirmed, he said that he would send it to us and true to his word, our daughter now has her phone back. Although it's old, she's happy to have her data safe. Robert did not have to go through all that trouble for one student's old phone but he did. Soft skills matter. I know that there must be a plethora of choices for charter bus companies for coaches and schools but I would say this company does stand out for the personal touch. Robert not only cared but the lengths he took to help us find an old phone, speaks to me of his character. He's honest, his cleaning crew and drivers are honest, and he keeps his word. No complaints about this bus, especially since a day pass for adults is $3.00 and regular fare for adults is $1.10. I saw mostly young adults getting of frequently. This bus dropped me off right in front of the DMV. The bus seemed clean, a good temparature and the ride was scenic taking us through the bars and schools in Old Town Whittier.
