I recently received a call from this agency asking if I wanted to renew my auto insurance, which I…read moredid. I've had Allstate auto insurance forever and it has been fine. Then, the agent said she noticed I had renter's insurance from a different provider and asked me if I "wanted to save money by bundling renter's and auto." Needing to head out to work at that time I replied "I'm sorry, I'm pressed for time and really don't want to do that right now." She then told me it would only take a second and I was suddenly speaking with a second agent. At length, I said, "Listen, I have to head out to work right now, but if you can seamlessly coordinate this switch with the Lake Pointe Apartments' Leasing Office in Fossil Creek, Fort Wort, go ahead, but keep me posted!" At that point, I was most worried about my previous policy not being cancelled and me inadvertently paying for two policies. A month or so later, I got an abrupt notice saying I owed the leasing office 30 dollars. I was totally puzzled; for what (I actually had to ask what the charge was for!) Turns out they were charging me a penalty for a lapse in insurance coverage. I put in two more calls asking the agency to clear up the issue, or please discount me 30 dollars off my next few insurance payments. They referred me to Allstate corporate, who refused to reimburse me for the 30 dollar penalty I was forced to pay. In the end, it was literally a she said/she said situation, but I paid the price! The Allstate agents blamed the Lake Pointe Apartments Leasing Office, the Leasing Office blamed the Allstate agents. Frankly, I'm disappointed with both of them and am praying that I am not penalized another thirty dollars next month. I've just lost faith in their ability to communicate, work things out, and take accountability. It's totally unfair to put me on the hook for their mistake. BEWARE BEFORE BUNDLING!

After having multiple bad experiences with different agents when trying to get a home loan, Ms Ashley came to the rescue! When it was time to submit my offer, the agent I worked with stopped returning calls because he went out of town. I almost lost the house, but my realtor (Ms Keyatta Johnson- best realtor in town!) suggested that I use Ms Ashley. It was late and during the weekend and I was stressed out, but Ms Ashley stayed calm, helped me through the process and got me the absolute best deal in the during the rising interest rates. From that day until closing, Ms Ashley was there! She also recommended an insurance agent (Ms Michelle from Traveller's Insurance) who managed to save me over $1000 compared to other companies! This was the second home I purchased and Keyatta and Ashley were the best team, hands down! If you want the smoothest and most professional duo for your home buying and home loan needs, this is who you need to contact! I guarantee you will be just as happy as I am!
