NGL, it was not my favorite way to spend a morning, but he and his staff were so caring and patient, they made the experience easier than I ever would have imagined. So I am going to stick with this Dentist office, even though scheduling time for cleanings is nearly impossible if you miss an appointment. The ability to put me at ease during a procedure is a rare quality, and worth any inconveniences I might have going forward.

His dentures never fit making it impossible for him to eat regular food. It has not and I have called a couple more times, been left on hold for over 11 minutes each time, with the phone then going to voicemail. I have not received a call back even though I've left my details. Quality of care was terrible for my father and follow up with me has also been dishonest and time consuming.

I had some significant dental issues due to lack of proper oral hygiene over many years, and the outlook was poor. My pervious dentist wanted to perform significant oral surgery involving cutting off the gums, stitches and more. Hence my delay in addressing the issue. Dr. H provided a modern alternative, laser surgery that was far less invasive, less painful and very successful. She gave me my healthy smile back, and I have been under her care every since! Modern Equipment, Latest Technology, and while you are sitting in the chair, you can even watch your own TV, and get this, the patient chairs even have message functions. It's like going to the spa - but for your mouth :) Recently, my mother (in her 80's) had an issue with her upper denture and was told by several dental offices, without even being seen, that because of the age of her dentures, she would likely need new ones, and the cost would be anywhere from $10,000 on up. I reached out to my dentist, Dr. H, who was heading out of town (that day) for a well deserved vacation. She made time to see here before her departure at her Apple Valley location. Now that's service!! She was able to determine a repair was in fact possible and had them repaired for a small fraction of the high cost of new dentures. They did not tell us until billing time that they did not accept Delta Dental. We had to pay full cleaning price out of pocket. We have had the same insurance the entire time. They quit answering my calls and never called back when I left messages. They have lost the business of my entire family.
