We checked in around 5 brought up our bags & left to visit family & go out for dinner. The room was in rough shape (bathroom door warped, the hotel & room had a musty odor, and it was obvious the place wasn't swept because there were food remnants on the floor) but for the price we were willing to deal with it until we got the kids ready for bed, pulled back the sheets & found LITERAL POOP on the sheets.... that was the final straw. We packed our stuff, left and my husband went down to talk to the staff about them making it right. No refund, not even an offer to change the sheets.... I have never experienced anything like that and I used to work in hotels for 10 years.
