Work trip had me in the area for the weekend and chose this hotel. I've stayed here twice and my main issue is the horrible wifi. I couldn't do.anything with my travel laptop in terms of online entertainment for the entire weekend. For that reason alone, I won't be returning to this hotel. I need great wifi. read more

We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Moving into our new home on 6/22 and this was a nice place to be during the transition. Staff members are great. Everything is SUPER clean. Good people staying in the hotel (kind, respectful). Quiet rooms and hallways. Great place to sleep and rest up. Best hotel we've stayed at in the 5 days we've traveled cross country when you're on a budget. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family who ask for referrals (if they can't stay with us). Great job! They deserve 10 stars! read more

I stayed here a few years back and returned as I visited Nashville. I was pleased that there was a new renovation almost complete. Everything smelled clean and looked very nice. My room was clean and the maid staff was excellent. Front desk staff was very helpful as I had to change my reservation. And I like that the location is only 20 minutes from Nashville. There are also some decent chain restaurants on this same street so it is convenient. I'll come back next time through here read more

Yes I stay with this hotel recently and didn't realize I was charged damages total of 250 took it out of my account. I was accused of smoking marijuana inside the room and accused of weed sticks inside the room and accused of gum in the carpet which all was Wrongfully accused for these issues they had no valid evidence to which they stated on top of that I stayed in a room and a big Roach insect ran across the wall. As I read others ppl reviews I think this is a big scam to get peoples money. Picture from there manager showing no proof marijuana smoking damage. Tauna the manager at the hotel stated that I had weed stems in the pictures. They are pictures of sunflower seeds. She also said it was a blunts r oach in the trash it was tobacco in the trash (why are y'all going through the trash), and moose hair products that they said it was gum. No blunt holes no ashes no smoke damage. There wasn't no one smoking marijuana or any smoking inside the room at all. I did not receive any complaints during my stay. My mother wears a BiPAP and I had my handicapped daughter and other kids in the room. Please refund my money I was wrongfully charged. read more

DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE!!! We had the worst stay at this place Thursday night! We got a room here because I was having carpal tunnel surgery yesterday morning and had to be at Summit Hospital at 5:30am. We thought by staying closer to the hospital we could sleep 2 hours longer instead of driving 2 hours. Well instead we only got about 2-3 hours of sleep because we had a room that faced the Exxon store on Mt. Juliet road and all their BRIGHT lights. There was only sheers over the windows. The air conditioner sucked, I wound up sleeping with no covers to keep from suffocating. The bed was horrible, way to soft and sunken all the way across the middle. Then to top off everything else the fire alarm started going off at 3:30am!!! So for all of that I got a sorry your stay wasn't better and we will use your feedback to make future guest stays better! No discount or refund! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH A BUSINESS THAT DOESN'T APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS!! read more

Location challenging (turn on Red Ink Rd) but a hidden gem nonetheless!!! Thanks to Tauna Woodruff, manager for resolving the check in issue as quickly as possible. There was a system update/upgrade. It took about 15 minutes but I finally received my key. Tauna was apologetic several times and thanked me for not being impatient. The hotel was clean upon walking in. They make cookies for guests. Parking is free and adequate. The room was clean and fully stocked and the bed was oh-so comfortable. For about $102 a night, the location was great. 15 minutes from the airport and about 25 minutes from downtown. At this hotel you are close to many restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again when in Nashville. read more

Read this one to the end... I arrived and LOVED this hotel it looked clean, it smelled clean. It was convenient right off the exit. They had a fitness center, a hit bfast, large rooms that again even smelled clean upon entering. Everything about my stay here was spot on I had nothing bad to say about this hotel, and then... This morning I discovered that the bed comforter I had been snuggled under all night in fact had a huge, bloody booger wiped on it. Now I have no expectation about a room being 100% free of fluids and hair but knowing for sure I wasn't alone has ruined my day. I do expect clean sheets when I arrive! read more

My boyfriend and I extended our stay here, and we just so happened to receive a follow-up call from my review. Our room does in fact have a closet!! The door we tried turning handles on was meant to be pulled, not turned. Needless to say we were very excited about that! The bathroom has a vent, but it goes unnoticed because there's no switch for it and its silent. It's always running, and just to test it my boyfriend held tissue up to the vent and sure enough it was working. As for what was on the headboard, we were told it was left over from the cleaning machine. It was really nice to know that a business is paying attention to what their customers are saying and communicating with them to let them know they care. Awesome service!! read more

I walked in and the place smelled wonderful. It has a just cleaned scent which I happen to love. The staff from day 1 were super friendly and very helpful. They even remembered what state my husband and I were from. The room was very clean. And I am a stickler for details. Chipped paint, dust and cobwebs were no where to be found. Even the base boards are clean. I am left with a very positive feeling about this place. read more

I stayed here a couple of days, summary.. Its not easy to find, its hidden off a side road with very little signage. The staff was nice, although they spent more time in the back than upfront. They have a decent breakfast. The thing that killed it for me though was how insanely dirty the place was. If you looked closely, the hallway carpets were nasty with stains all over them. they needed to be washed, extremely badly. Once in the rooms, pretty much the same thing.. the doors and walls were gross previous spills etc could be seen. Which tells me, these guys do the bare min when they clean. They prob do beds and a bit in the bathroom then leave. no one ever does any other kind of scheduled cleaning... on my visit it showed.. and completely grossed me out. will not return. read more

We stayed for the eclipse, and I couldn't have been happier. The staff were excellent, and it was also apparent there was a strong relationship between management and their employees that was wonderful to see (that management made sure all employees had eclipse glasses and got to come out to see it was a good reflection of this). Staff is extremely rude and told me to back up because I smell terrible when the soap i used was the one they provided! Room was meh but when I woke up there was bed bug bites on me. I also speak Spanish and I heard the cleaning staff saying rude things about me and my baby girl. Pool is absolutely filthy looks like they have not cleaned it in years. I have had good experiences with other comfort inns but this turned my interest in staying at this brand of hotel anymore. The breakfast is also awful, reconsider staying here! read more

PLEASE DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! Long story short I booked through Expedia for 3 nights and ended up staying 2. The hotel said I had to contact Expedia for a refund and Expedia said I had to contact the hotel. My husband and I were driving from Oklahoma to North Carolina for my brothers funeral who's death was shocking because he was only 50. So I had to find a place for us to stay half way through the trip and found this place on hotwire.com. We arrived around midnight to two girls at the front desk flirting with some of the men staying there, one of them had a tank top on with her work shirt unbuttoned and her boobs were about to fall out of her tank top! The other had a tank top with her work shirt unbuttoned but the bottom was tied together at her waist. Just not what i expect to see walking through the front door at a hotel that cost us $145. We walk into the room and it is almost 80 degrees and have to call the front desk to ask for help because we couldn't get the thermostat to work. There were dents in the red wall that needed painting, the toilet wouldn't stop running even after messing with the thing in the tank, but the thing that sent me over the edge was checking my pillow cases and finding left over makeup and eyelashes from who ever slept there before! My husband called again to the desk and they gave us another room. The next morning at 5:30 am I go out in the hall to go downstairs and talk to a manager and find a toilet plunger wrapped in a bag by the coke machine! (see pic I posted) I had to take pics because no one would believe this story. I showed the same girl from the night before at the desk the pics and she said nothing! I told her it would be the first thing her guests saw when they came down for breakfast at 6:00am and she still said nothing! 30 mins later when we left, the plunger was still there! I never got to speak to a manager, I was told they wouldn't be there until 7:00am. Later the girl told my husband the manager wouldn't be in till 10. In my opinion, the manager and the crew all need to be fired, this problem comes from the top down for sure. The lack of care in every area was unbelievable! read more

All I can say really, really nice hotel and I would definitely stay again. NICE, CLEAN, FRIENDLY and RESPECTFUL staff and the room was very nice and comfy. Premium channels, mini-fridge and microwave in the room. I had a King bed and it was so comfortable. The street to turn on comes up as soon as you exit off the highway so look for Red Ink Dr. immediately on your right because they do not have a hotel sign at the street you turn on. You will see a Captain D's and the turn is before you get to the Captain D's. I would recommend this hotel. read more

This was our first time at this hotel and the experience was pretty great. Aside from the AC leaking and making the room smell musty (which they fixed, but it was our last day). Pretty nice hotel! Unfortunately only stayed one night here but it was very nice. We did not eat breakfast here as we rushed out to start our 9 hour drive back home. I will say the clerk who checked us in was not very friendly. We checked in on May 14th about 2pm. She did let us check in early but did not seem too thrilled to have to service us. The lobby was beautiful upon walking in and we headed up to our room and the room was just as beautiful! Very spacious and clean! I made a reservation with this hotel online thru Priceline. The online reservation required pre-payment. Due to unavoidable circumstances (it's a long story), I was unable to stay at this hotel for the reservation. I called Priceline and tried to cancel and get a refund. Priceline has a non-refund policy. I called the hotel and tried to cancel. The person who answered the phone said that she could not cancel the reservation without the manager's approval. I'm staying here for a few week while training for work. The staff is so sweet especially Tracy and the other ladies during breakfast. My room is spacious and bathroom was clean. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, welcoming place to stay in this area, give Comfort Suites a try! You will not be disappointed. We spent 3 nights here over the Thanksgiving Holiday. I had never stayed at a Comfort Suites before, so had no idea what to expect. We travel a lot and usually expect a polite greeting, clean room, and a decent night's sleep. We got so much more than that! From the minute we walked in the front door, we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Check-in was quick and efficient. The first thing that impressed me was how clean and fresh the lobby area was. Our room was spacious and super-clean. I was amazed at how quiet the room was and the beds were so comfortable I slept as well as if I were at home! The bathroom was also spacious and very clean and well-stocked with essentials. My only complaint was the low water pressure. I used the Fitness Center each morning and again found it to be clean and in good working order. Sadly, we did not bring out swim suits! They have a heated, indoor pool that looked so inviting! Each morning we enjoyed breakfast in the lobby (included!) and that got our day off to a great start. The Hostess, Linda, does a great job of keeping everything clean, well stocked, and fresh looking. But, in addition to that, she brings a ray of sunshine to every person she meets. She is an absolute blessing! Mount Juliet is a well-located city near enough to Nashville to enjoy all it has to offer. The room was basically a studio apartment, and was clean. The people at the check-in desk were helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that the "breakfast" was not as nice as at other Comfort Inns and Suites. It was really just a continental breakfast with a waffle maker (and not any real butter.)
