Hair mousse that spilled on the floor and they said it was gum.

Yes I stay with this hotel recently and didn't realize I was charged damages total of 250 took it out of my account. I was accused of smoking marijuana inside the room and accused of weed sticks inside the room and accused of gum in the carpet which all was Wrongfully accused for these issues they had no valid evidence to which they stated on top of that I stayed in a room and a big Roach insect ran across the wall. As I read others ppl reviews I think this is a big scam to get peoples money. Picture from there manager showing no proof marijuana smoking damage. Tauna the manager at the hotel stated that I had weed stems in the pictures. They are pictures of sunflower seeds. She also said it was a blunts r oach in the trash it was tobacco in the trash (why are y'all going through the trash), and moose hair products that they said it was gum. No blunt holes no ashes no smoke damage. There wasn't no one smoking marijuana or any smoking inside the room at all. I did not receive any complaints during my stay. My mother wears a BiPAP and I had my handicapped daughter and other kids in the room. Please refund my money I was wrongfully charged.

Location challenging (turn on Red Ink Rd) but a hidden gem nonetheless!!! Thanks to Tauna Woodruff, manager for resolving the check in issue as quickly as possible. There was a system update/upgrade. It took about 15 minutes but I finally received my key. Tauna was apologetic several times and thanked me for not being impatient. The hotel was clean upon walking in. They make cookies for guests. Parking is free and adequate. The room was clean and fully stocked and the bed was oh-so comfortable. For about $102 a night, the location was great. 15 minutes from the airport and about 25 minutes from downtown. At this hotel you are close to many restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again when in Nashville.

My bed mate, someone's bloody booger!

Read this one to the end... I arrived and LOVED this hotel it looked clean, it smelled clean. It was convenient right off the exit. They had a fitness center, a hit bfast, large rooms that again even smelled clean upon entering. Everything about my stay here was spot on I had nothing bad to say about this hotel, and then... This morning I discovered that the bed comforter I had been snuggled under all night in fact had a huge, bloody booger wiped on it. Now I have no expectation about a room being 100% free of fluids and hair but knowing for sure I wasn't alone has ruined my day. I do expect clean sheets when I arrive!

This was a great deal, great price, clean room, hot breakfast, friendly staff, 20 min outside of Nashville. Just what we needed.

Based on this stay, I think I'm done with the Hampton Inn franchise…read more Let's take the cons first. The breakfast area could have used more refresh. Saturday was much more crowded than any of the other days. I disappointedly left a full bowl of Frosted Flakes on the counter after finding the milk canister bare. The eggs were hit and miss. Sometimes they were scrambled and sometimes they were the weird "omelettes", which showed up after the scrambled were gone. The kill shot for me was a black sludge that I noticed floating on top of the Malted Vanilla batter when I filled a cup. Haven't seen anything like that in the past 3 decades, so it went right in the trash, and I'll never trust Hampton Inn waffle batter again. One minor annoyance: I made myself a hot chocolate using the courtesy bar packet and hot water, however, the hot water was room temperature, and I had to ditch the drink. When I clogged the first floor common area men's bathroom commode, I brought it to the front desk's attention, but there was no maintenance on staff that day. A thousand pardons to any high-alert traveller that proceeded me. The pool is of the indoor variety, like a 1970s Boys Club. The jacuzzi was out of order. The shower was a tad low-flow for me, but the water was hot. And to top it off, I was double-charged after pre-paying. However, the front desk staff was very friendly. The elevators were in-service and worked well. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the wifi worked at an acceptable speed. I was always able to find a parking space. But based on previous visits to the area, I shall be staying elsewhere in the future.

It's a solid 3.5 star hotel, considering all the IHG properties in the vicinity. Their king suite…read morerooms boast a full size refrigerator, a 2 burner cooktop, microwave, sink and toaster. The living room is separate from the bedroom via dual French doors, so one can work while the other sleeps. While the furniture is very 3 star, the bed is wonderfully comfortable. The bathrooms are cramped, but they made it work. Certain rooms have better shower pressure than others. The morning breakfast is ok, as they offer a hot egg dish, a hot protein, and sometimes a hot potato. There are 2 waffle irons, an array of store bought bagels, fountain juices, and yogurt with diced fruit you can add. The oatmeal however is a disgrace. There's a social hour on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings which features some kind of light bite and 2 beers on tap. The Coke branded soda fountain is unlocked during this time. Pro Bonus: the laundry washers and dryers are free to use, just bring your own soap and softener. You can also have packages delivered, just let the front desk know in advance. And if you're IHG platinum or better, there's an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, so the whole fam can come.

Before I could answer the door, a male employee walked in on me half naked. I tried to cover up and he quickly ran out. I was shocked and quickly double locked my door. I proceed to call the front desk and let them know what occurred and also sent a general feedback message to corporate. I spent the next few hours sleeping and recovering from surgery. I received a call at 10:56pm to my cell. It was the manager telling me he is cancelling my reservation, that he can't make me feel safe and that I will need to leave at check out the following day. I was shocked at such an aggressive and frankly tone deaf response. I spent the next hour trying to find a hotel to accommodate me. The hotel did refund me my room. This situation could have been handled a lot differently. Will not stay at this location again.

The hotel itself is newer. We stayed here for two nights. One of the elevator was not working for a few hours on both days when we stayed here. It's convenient to I-40 and there is lots of food options nearby. It's a relatively new hotel, and everything in the public spaces and the room was very clean. This is a budget hotel, don't let anyone tell you it isn't. The mattress in the bed was horrible. I felt every single spring in the mattress, and the sheets were very uncomfortable (perhaps 100 count if I'm being generous). The pillows were not firm at all. Normally, you get a mix of firm and floppy, these were below floppy on the scale - possibly even "deflated". Hated them. The room was very modern, and everything functioned okay - except the toilet. It was one of those lovely 1.6L "eco-toilets" and it barely could cycle with nothing in it. That was frustrating. The shower was plenty warm, after about 5 minutes of pre-heating. It was a low-flow "eco" shower head, so the flow was underwhelming. One of my biggest complaints was that the soap and lotion is "bulk style" (which is normal these days), but the bottles are all squeeze bottles. It was pretty inconvenient to dispense the soap and shampoo when in use. They have smart TVs with netflix and plenty of options, the room was clean and the breakfast is the standard Hilton fare. As I said above, plenty of good eateries and a drug store nearby, it gets high marks for location. If you are particular with mattress and pillows, I'd stay somewhere else. Otherwise, this is a pretty good option for business travellers.
