Actually stopped by here on the way to another spa because I thought, why not? No wait upon entrance. $60 for an hour and everything started simple enough. Was a little surprised massage just started without being asked what kind I wanted pressure-wise. Then it just came off the rails when every 5 minutes or so (not an exaggeration), my therapist would leave for a couple minutes to speak with entering customers. Could never get into a rhythm and after about the fourth time, it just became unprofessional. There were other people working who could have at least taken turns checking the door or here's a radical idea: if no one is available to do a massage, put a sign up and lock the door until someone is free.
Not going back anytime soon, and you can cross this one off your list. read more
