If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Drain King Plumbers was beyond…read moredisappointing -- it was disgusting. I called them because our shower pipes were clogged. They sent someone out and told me I didn't need to stay home, as the plumber could handle the job independently. Big mistake. I came home to an utter disaster. My brand new floors had marks, the bathroom looked like a war zone, and to top it all off -- they used my son's school uniform from the laundry basket to wipe up gunk from the floor. They even used one of my face towels to clean the mess. As a caregiver and mother, I had to clean up their filthy work late at night and try to salvage my son's uniform for school the next morning. When I called to complain, the owner, Jason, had the nerve to tell me, "At least it was the shower and not the toilet," and "At least the uniform didn't have fecal matter." That's their standard of professionalism? They threw me a $200 credit as if that would fix the sheer disrespect and unprofessional behavior. No integrity. No accountability. No care for customers.
