This trip we stayed at Disneyland hotel ( there are more hotels around, like Santa Fé hotel and Cheyenne hotel ) but Disneyland hotel is the cream of the crop. I have never seen such a beautiful and luxurious hotel. The Disney influence seems minimal, no hidden Mickeys all over the place. They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet, a complimentary tea time, and soft drinks and teas and coffees ( espresso, lattes, cappuccino..) soft drinks too at no charge. The minibar in the room is filled of complimentary snacks and drinks too. The rooms are tastefully decorated, plush towels furnished. The hotel staff is very competent, knowledgeable and helpful. Everybody speaks French but they are also eager to speak English. I got lost the very evening and the staff helped me get back on track. The rooms are modernly furnished. The lights turn on automatically when you approach ( sensor sensitive ). So modern and energy saving. There is a swimming pool but we didn't use it. The Disney princesses and Mickey Minnie characters also appeared at breakfast and throughout the day in the lobby. Service is competent, prices of rooms here are also high. Splurge in Paris, you totally deserve it.

The staff was nice enough to let us go through the cast member security line. Everything was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and informative. I would suggest getting a physical room key for a souvenir and in case your phone battery runs low. There was a pool and hot tub. Two restaurants and a coffee shop. A really nice gift shop also. I didn't have time to check the Spa out but they did have one on site. We bought the character breakfast which was really pricey but I'm glad I did it. The seafood buffet was actually terrible. The lobster was freezer burnt and the serving utensils were mixed in some of the gluten free items so I had limited choices. There was a lot of confusion on what was gluten free and they handed me a large book written in French to decipher. I won't ding the hotel for their buffet though. The hotel was right next to the park and we got a one hour early entrance. Especially nice hotel and lovey experience.

We would absolutely return even if we didn't go to Disney Paris, but if you do the bus is right outside the hotel (just cross the street for pickup), drop off is on the same side of the street as the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall which has plenty of retail as well as grocery options. There only thing worth mentioning as a downfall is that there is no guest access to a microwave, only for heating bottles for babies- must ask front desk/kitchen.

The train station is on the left side of the hotel, 3 min walk. The rooms were nice and spacious and the service was very attentive. They gave us umbrellas to borrow one rainy day. The freakin ride to Paris was about 30 mins. If you want to see a different side of France, definitely recommend.

The RER-A goes to or from this location from either Paris or Disney. the train station is behind it (after you've walked by all the restaurants, which is also a plus) lobby, room, and hallways all clean. staff: friendly accommodating, not rude. breakfast (about 9euro surcharge) all you can eat, croissants, cereal toast etc etc. coffee machine was great as well. I nicked one star because the internet service they are using is pretty bad, alright very bad, probably topped out at about 250kb download speeds. doesn't matter, your not staying here for the internet, it's either Disney or Paris.

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and the room was clean. This was a perfect hotel for my family and our Disneyland Paris vacation. They offered a nightly live pianist in the lobby and had a nice bar. There is a wonderful restaurant and the morning buffet breakfast was one of the best we ever had with fresh baguettes, croissants, eggs, bacon, cheese, yogurt, and sweets. There is also a Chinese restaurant across the street we enjoyed and many shops in the area. The train to Disneyland park is about a block away. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond and were absolutely amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with plans to take their family to Disneyland.
