My only (small) gripe is that signage to find your room is lacking a bit, and it took me a good few minutes to work out where it was. The TV/set-top box didn't work, and after two visits from the manager (very friendly bloke) we managed to catch the News before it gave up the ghost again. Didn't have the heart to call him again. We ordered room service and requested an extra bowl of vegetables which we were told was 'no trouble'......the bowl of veggies never arrived. The meal was too expensive for what was served. Practically no accompaniments, just fish in sauce. Bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities adequate. I would definitely try somewhere else next time. Proximity to the Zoo just wasn't worth it.
