After spending the night and working all day the next evening I returned to my room only to find it never was touched by housekeeping. When going to the front desk to let them know, the front desk lady lied and said it due to Covid. Marriott's policy is now only service the rooms every other day. I know this to be a lie. I travel extensively and generally stay in Marriott properties globally. This is a first to hear of this "policy". She informed me that it is a universal Marriott policy globally. This was all a lie. The truth is, the owners of this Marriott are cutting costs. So some advice, don't stay more than one night. And don't leave a tip. There is no need to pay for service not offered and never received. The owners should be ashamed. There are options within yards of this place. Stay at another hotel. So sad. Do Not Tip for poor service!!

If you want to smoke, it has to be outside. They have cameras that they use to keep an eye on everything outside. They are also quick to get rid of the riff-raff. We love Ingleside Motel and the couple that runs it. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!
