They handled our furniture with care and also didn't let the extra work of carrying our furniture get in the way of their friendly demeanor. They also took our old furniture out of the house for us and carried a rocking chair to the basement. Overall excellent customer service from the time we walked through the barn doors to the time the delivery guys left our house. Oh...and the designer with the great service didn't even bother to email me back when I asked for assistance in finding out where my order is. Lesson learned. Talsma's gets my business next time.
