This facility is very unprofessional and the communication is poor. They practice nepotism so getting clear unbiased information/ answers is next to impossible. Jameisha Calhoun is very unprofessional and doesn't do what she says she is going to do. They have you working without ability to access your accounts and personal information. I have reported this company to the BBB before. The next step is Medicaid. I wouldn't refer my enemy to this place. Considering we care for elderly people- you would think they knew about handling things with a little more tact. I e tried to get in touch with the owner to talk, but Jameisha Calhoun refuses to allow me to speak with her/ him. I have a FT job so I am unable to walk into the office. I've worked here over a year and have never seen a paystub, PTO, deductions, etc. I have requested this information several times and I still do not have access.i will also be contacting the Board of Health and whoever else is applicable. Comforcare start off as a great and excellent experience for me. But when I put in my two weeks things went totally down hill. Members in the offfice start to talk to me very rude and with nasty attitudes. I don't recommend this company to no one at all. I'm new here to Indianapolis only been here for six months. Used this agency to provide in home care for my mother. They have a terrible time finding reliable people. Even before Covid 19. Have had everything from no shows to sleeping on the job. Communication is poor. Several times my mother was left home alone and I was not told for 2 hours. There are so many things they could do better. We have been clients for a year and a half with breaks for hospital stays. I was stupid to keep giving them chances. Don't get fooled by the few good people. It's not worth it!!! read more

This home care agency is certainly not the best agency to work for. The Carmel area in Indianapolis is known for being prejudice the racism in this company is loud and clear. The recruiter Christina is VERY rude and unprofessional and clearly does not like people of color. Withdrew my application and withdrew my offer from this company after meeting with her. read more

We hired ComForcare to assist our elderly mother with eating and to provide companionship. Unbeknownst to us, the caregivers are given free range to come in or not, show up late, leave early and we were still charged for the entire time we signed up for. So basically, employees, and Comforcare, are paid in full whether or not my mother received services. Unfortunately, it took us over a year to find this out. read more
