See below !!! terrible. messed up a nice white…read moredress shirt. asked them to spot clean the collar. shirt returned with a yellowish stain that wasn't there when dropped off. also a red pinkish stain on the tip of the collar that wasn't there before. young white woman cashier offered to redo it. But I needed the shirt. No time for a redo. Shouldn't have to go back twice for the same thing. They had my shirt since tuesday, 3 whole days. Should have been done right the first time. Two older black females standing at counter gossiping. I paid and said I'll just take it somewhere else. And i did. i was told this place is under new management. Don't know if I will be returning. UPDATE: I went to another cleaner, but their machine was down. So, I went BACK to Henry's Cleaners. The owner was present. Explained to him the problem. Asked if it could still be redone. Thankfully, he said yes. I asked if I could pick it up today. He said yes, later this afternoon. He laughing added, don't be going to any other cleaners. I told him I always came to Henry's under the old owners. They always went the extra mile to fix any issues. Went back around 2pm. Picked up my shirt. Updated review to 4 stars for the owner being present and graciously agreed to redo and fix the problem.

i won't take my dirty blazers and wool jackets anywhere else but henry's. great price for great…read moreservice. the owners are SO nice. i handed in two wrinkly blazers and a wool sweater (without hangers or a plastic cover) to be dry cleaned but didn't pick them up for two weeks because i was out of town for the christmas/new years holidays. the owners held the items, gave me clean and uncrinkled blazers/folded sweater with hangers, and didn't charge me any fees, just $23. i paid in cash and recommend doing that so you don't get a 3% card service charge.

So now I'm back and it's sown better. But the neck of my dress is stretched the f*** out and it won't stay up. I'm just pissed. Make sure if you guys take your stuff to the cleaners and have a person. Let him know if they don't think they can fix it. Don't touch it because she should have not touched it if she didn't think she could fix it right. This is sad man. I don't understand it then. The lady at the cleanest telling me well. She did her best what it ain't about her doing her best. It's about her doing it right. My dress is ruining and I can't even f****** wear it anymore. I would have felt better if I was being accommodated and some type of way and I'm not talking about financially.
