I just paid off a $30,000 car loan with them and I have a balance of$5,800 on my daughter's car loan through this credit union. Still denied! The only complaint that I have is when they changed and updated to the new outdoor ATM, my problems started. Many times when I went to use the ATM during hours when the credit union is closed, the ATM is "out of order" and I cannot access my funds that I need. This has happened probably 4-5 times in the past year or so. I am not really happy about this. Other than that, no other problems. The staff is wonderful!

You will be able to see from other people giving reviews here that they are very, very inconsistent with procedures and it makes your day very frustrating when they don't let you do something one day that you have done so many times in the past! It makes no sense. Corporate needs to re-evaluate who manages the bank to create a better staffed team that is consistent and customer service driven. THEN I came back today for some quick cash for the weekend. This establishment did not charge me a fee because I am a credit union member at another credit union which is a nice connection to offer a free service. Strange though instead of putting your card in sideways you have to put your card in front first. I was happy yesterday Thursday July 19th and this morning to withdraw some cash for lunch and the weekend. Drive up ATM is mounted flush to the building wall.. drive around back and it has a covered overhang during weather conditions.
