Kale is an exceptional teller who remained composed, attentive, and solution focused throughout the entire process. I highly recommend banking with Chase and making this branch your home branch. Luz and Nada were so friendly and helpful. Both were very professional, informative, and compassionate to my situation. The place itself is rather small, with only about 3 tellers. If it were busy, you might have to wait a bit. There is plenty of parking, which is a plus. It's also near a bunch of other businesses near Grand, so there's several nearby places to grab a cup of Joe. Thanks to the wonderful staff at EFCU for making my transactions a breeze!
