I loved my photo shoot with Praise! From the very beginning, working with Praise was really easy - she was always quick to respond, give suggestions, and guide me in ensuring I was totally prepared for the shoot. She had onboarding surveys and prompts to make sure we were on the same page, and we met to confirm that we had the same vision for the photoshoot. From there, I met her at her studio and we did a series of "scenes" with the props that I brought, and then took a walk to a local business for some lifestyle pictures. I have been familiar with Praise's superb graphic design skills, but I'd like to share my most recent experience to highlight her talent in photography. My husband and I gave birth to a daughter a month ago and we hired Praise for a newborn photo session. I love that the photos reflect who we are and the most treasured parts of our home and family. Many of them look like candid shots of our family's everyday life. She improvised on the spot to incorporate pieces of our lives that mattered most (our new home, books we've read, favorite spots, etc). She also took a variety of photos so we have a suite that capture exactly what we were looking for. It was difficult to choose just a few to use for our newborn announcement cards since we loved so many of them. Praise also made the session a lot of fun! I'm no model and often feel awkward posing for photos, but Praise and her intern Krista made the session enjoyable. Plus they must have some kind of magical powers because our 10 day old daughter didn't cry during the session and was awake the entire time! They didn't take up too much of our time either. The photos were also ready in less than a week. She usually has a 2week turnaround time but had our photos completed in 6 days! We had initially "won" a newborn photography session with a different photographer but found out that only the session was free and that all photos (including digital copies of photos) would cost extra - over a thousand dollars. We had a much more limited budget and could not be happier to have chosen Praise to take our photos. With ComePlum, I paid for the session and photos together and don't have to worry about extra or hidden costs for every photo. Plus I now have access to all the photos and can download them or send the link to the photos anytime I want. For the quality, experience, memories, price and speediness of it all - I could not be happier with our experience with ComePlum!
