came here twice, experienced good tea both times but both times the male staff (don't know what's up with the males) were not up to par. maybe it's the stress of the tea order backing up but it's not a good experience due to that. the second time, the "barista" slow-walked our order because another friend couldn't find their number although it was obviously hers-- he took offense to our logic and then left our last tea sitting until he finished the following orders and needed to get ours out. passive aggressive guy who wears his watch on the arm. if you don't expect much in terms of service and just focus on the tea, it'll be fine. just wish this place represented the brand better. I've been to one in Taipei-- night and day. read more
