Doug is very quick at emails and is willing to meet outside of regular business hours. He met me on a Saturday as that day worked best for me. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Additionally he knew to hand calculate the tax for the city I live in since the program has been calculating it incorrectly. I have recommended Russell Tax Service to my parents and they are planning to use his services for this tax season!

This understanding was confirmed multiple times. However, on the actual day of closing, I was told that my aunt must be placed on the title/deed in order to proceed. I was put under pressure at the last minute and felt forced to close under terms that were not previously agreed upon. This felt misleading and unprofessional. A decision as serious as property ownership should never be changed at the closing table with no warning. I trusted this company to protect my interests, and instead I was placed in a very difficult legal situation. I would not recommend this title company to anyone who expects transparency, honesty, and clear communication. Gordana Stojanoski

We had our young children with us and she was understanding that we had to keep the kids busy and were occasionally interrupted by the children in our discussion. I appreciated how smoothly the process went in signing up for new insurance and Alison took care of everything for us. She communicated everything with the insurance company, sent us some follow-up emails when she needed digital signatures, and it was all said and done pretty quickly. I was also happy to see that MVP Agency has participated in multiple local events in our town to help the community. These charitable efforts mean a lot to our family and the community at large and make us proud that we chose them for our latest insurance needs.

Several issues I wanted to address, she took great notes, and within a few days, might of even been one day, she got back to me. She didn't miss a single thing. She covered everything and saved me a bunch of money. No she didn't raise any of my deductibles either! One example my house, is now insured for a lot more as it should have been, and my separate buildings now have the proper coverage. Second example I couldn't get over the fact that my wife's car was so much more then my diesel truck to insure, with my old company they just said it was , what it was, and I inquired several times, she got that straightened out. Third example, commercial policy, needed several things addressed, and she nailed it all! Listen if your not sure of your policies, or haven't changed or updated them in years, you owe it to yourself to look into it, price is one thing, but having the proper coverage when you need it is just as important. One other thing to note, is they took care of canceling all my old policies, one thing I really didn't want to hassle with, everything went smooth in the transition .Highly recommend!
