I was involved in an auto accident recently and I was insured by Pauls insurance company he carried, Bristol West. After finding out that they had improperly done my paperwork, and they had been insuring a car I owned 1 and a half years prior, I had found out that my full coverage insurance was not even full coverage. Also that it wasnt for the right car, as I stated. Then after bringing this to their attention, they decided to go on the defensive. I was not helped, I was not offered any solutions, I was told that it was my fault because "I hadn't reviewed the paperwork" from what Paul and his wife said. Then after going to Bristol West, they decided to take the same stance even though THEY made the mistake. After all of this, and reporting them.to.the Ohio Insurance Board, who suggested asking them for their EOD Carrier information (basically insurance for the people who sell insurance) they refused to give me the information. I have cancelled all my policies and am now with a better company, who I know will take care of me when i need it most. If you decide to work with Paul Marchio and his wife, just be prepared that they will not have your best interests in mind, and will only look out for themselves, such as when they make a mistake.
