When I asked them about it Kristen said it wasn't on them because I was responsible for giving them all the paperwork needed but I feel like if I have to do all the thinking and find the mistakes then why am I paying them $375 which is what they charged me even though I decided to go elsewhere to file because the paperwork was wrong.
