When you need important documents handled quickly and correctly, Express Apostille & Notary…read moreServices is exactly the kind of place you hope to find. Scheduling was incredibly easy. We needed several estate-planning documents notarized, and it can be surprisingly hard to find a notary who handles everything--signing, stamping, witnesses--efficiently and professionally. Here, it was seamless. Service & Experience *Appointment scheduling was smooth and flexible *Quick responses to initial questions about pricing, witnesses, and requirements *They provided all necessary witnesses on-site *The full notarization process took less than 30 minutes *Pricing was very reasonable given the number of documents we had What Sets Them Apart *Excellent customer service--fast, clear communication from start to finish *Clean, professional setup that makes the process feel easy and stress-free *They also offer apostille services, which is a huge convenience. Instead of navigating government offices downtown or waiting at limited DMV locations, you can simply make an appointment here and get it done without the hassle. Verdict Express Apostille & Notary Services makes a traditionally inconvenient process unbelievably smooth. Great communication, efficient service, reasonable pricing, and the convenience of both notary and apostille offerings in one place. Five stars and highly recommended for anyone needing document services in Chicago.

We engaged Eddie and Lucid to sell our elderly mother's long-time residence. Based on Eddie's…read morerecommendation, we elected for the option of hourly work, with a commission rebate. Although we had one transaction fall through with the buyers backing out, we still saved roughly 30% with the commission rebate. Eddie was extremely patient in explaining the whole process to my family, many of whom have never participated in a real estate transaction before (my mother had owned the house for 40 years). Eddie gave us common sense advice on how to proceed with the sale, from what we should/shouldn't repair, how we should price the house, and when we should consider a pricing change. Every decision was ultimately up to us, but he was candid in giving his expert opinion. Eddie was also extremely timely with giving us information about listing activity and showings, and responding to our questions. Because of the original buyers backing out and a final buyer who was, let's say . . . difficult . . . there were a lot of questions and a lot of communications, and Eddie was always on top of it. This is our third time working with Lucid (see previous review!), and our second time working with Eddie. We have also referred three friends to Lucid and all of them raved about their experience. Highly, highly recommended.

These apartments maybe maybe, would be ok for a first time renter or a student living on the cheap while in school, and for cheap not for 800--- 900. On top of that but the building manager and the staff in the home office are difficult I mean DIFFICULT, to deal with and can actually be very abusive. They have been very abusive. I was very scary, single woman. Literally EVERY time I walk my dog up or down the street and Voya or his wife is outside I am hassled or harassed by them through stares or rude comments. There is something not well with them. the entire place. I'm taking them to court. Enough t is enough.

We paid to have our names put on the call box and it took them 2 months, which meant a new iPhone got lost in the mail because they wouldn't take the time to change the box. Midway through my lease they fired my landlord but didn't turn off her phone or email so my requests for maintenance were ignored until I finally called her boss. Logan is EXTREMELY rude. The first time I talked to him I decided to shrug it off (Everyone has bad days, right?) but it continued. He demanded I be available to show the apartment at least 4 hours a week instead of dealing with getting an extra set of keys made. Then, after the lease ended, he sent the check to an address that neither myself or my roommate live at. When I forwarded him the email in which we had talked about the correct address, he told me that he would charge me money to cancel the check and resend it, despite the fact that it was his mistake. As I do not know the city well I decided to get the help of professionals to help navigate the situation and ended up going with Dumas and Associates. During my apartment search I worked with Nikki and Rena, who were both incredibly helpful. They were communicative, proactive in contacting apartments I wanted to look at, and were in my corner when it came to filling out applications and other paperwork. I'm fairly certain that without their help the process of finding a new place would have been many times harder. On top of that, I found their compensation structure to be very transparent and fair. At no point was I blindsided by an unexpected fee or bill. I don't know if I'll ever be moving around the city again, but if I do I'd happily work with this group again.

All we knew is that we didn't want to be the couple that gets hung up on paint colors and light fixtures. Jonathan and his team at Access were amazing. They sat down with us initially, and explained the entire process from start to finish so that we could understand it was far more detailed than seeing three homes in 25 minutes and picking our favorite. We had a tall order to fill our needs (seriously -- we were HGTV's quintessential first time buyers). We both work from home, so we needed separate -and private- work spaces. We have a dog that we are overly obsessed with, so he needed to be able to look out the window and play with friends. We aren't handy at all, so it had to be a turnkey. And, best of all, we had an impossibly small budget and timeline to work with. Good luck, Jonathan. He got to work right away, and set us up with showings. He was always available, and incredibly quick to respond. If he didn't answer immediately, it never took him more than an hour or so to get back to us and our needy questions [demands]. He knew what he was doing, and made us feel very comfortable. Most of all, he had a great personality -- and amazing GIFs to boot! All in all, we found our perfect condo on the 5th showing, and put in an offer right away. Jonathan was there every step of the way, and always made us feel valued. Not only would I recommend every homebuyer I meet to Jonathan, I'd buy another place right now if my budget allowed. So many thanks to him, and the Access team! Until next time...
