Mr. Yelvington has betrayed my trust, kindness, and my hopes and dreams that he vows to make come true on his website. Zack's Landscaping destroyed my dreams and it became very clear shortly after I signed the contract on 1 February 2024 for $16K that his BBB A+ rating was a fraud because he has violated every ethical code, conduct and standards that customers care the most about in any business relationship is TRUST!!! Mr. Yelvington's comments, statements, actions, and promises are exaggerated, inflated, untruths to misappropriate, mislead, manipulate my business experience with him has been non other than a colossal failure in customer service, professionalism, responsiveness, and epic failure to build the best fence in the hill country of Texas. However, Zack's Landscaping has completely botched my fence that took him and his company over 5 months to build until I finally fired him! Now I'm spending money I don't have for court, legal fees and attorneys to get some kind of Justice to get my money back because now the cost has doubled because the fence has to be torn down and rebuilt the proper way....
