LOVED our maternity photo shoot! Michelle is very professional, personal & sweet!…read more She responded soon after I first contacted her. Since I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, I was happy to see she made the whole photo shoot process so smooth. She had an awesome makeup & hair artist available that you could use & we had a consultation to go over the location, what I expected, & I got to try on various outfits to wear. That saved me time & money from finding an outfit(s) to wear. I asked to have a photo shoot in a location she had never shot before nor was it the type of place she usually shoots. It was awesome to hear she had went to the location before our photo shoot to find good spots. Photo shoots can feel awkward sometimes, but she really directed the shoot. She was efficient with our time & had poses for my husband & I to do. After the photo shoot, you meet with her again to choose your photo package & to see your photos for the 1st time. I honestly loved the entire shoot! She always adds a nice personal touch with how she presents her photos. I could tell she really cares about her clients & enjoys what she does. Will definitely use Michelle Popp Photography again for future photo shoots!

And there were okay but not wow. Only 2 did I ever use. My fault for not reading her fine print, but her policy is very odd. She told me she gets to pick what I get. I've worked for a regional fashion photographer, I've had professional photographs taken in the past several times, and I have good friends who are professional photographers in NC. None of them limit what the client gets to see and finally pick. I called a few and they were floored that Jennifer would not let me see them all and that I had NO say in which pictures I wanted. So use her, she's lovely, just make sure you get clear ahead of time on how many you get and if you get to choose what you get.
