This review is for the playground, not the school…read more We were looking for Krumm Park and GPS took us here. And there was a playground, and sometimes parks are right next to schools, so, hey, maybe this was the right place. It's not- Krumm is just around the corner, beyond the treeline. But the playground here was impressive, and open. Open to the public during non-school hours. There are two distinct areas, for older and younger kids. Slides, hopscotch, climbing areas, etc. Baby K loved it. Dada liked the tables in the shade. The play stuff is out in the sun, so some was very hot on an August day.

After starting she was equally as absent and no communicative. I felt bad for the teachers because they seemed overwhelmed and struggling under a non-present director who "should be back any minute" every time we needed her. I have asked the director multiple times to speak with the owner and she will not give me any contact information for the owner.

Bathrooms are easy to find. There's a food stand. Parking isn't great- big lots, but far away. You can't even really drop someone off close to the door. But, as part of the sports complex with the football stadium, it works okay.

Of course, we were here for the playground. And it's a bit old and rundown, and there was some trash, so, maybe it's not part of the current school. You can see it right on Havens Corners, right beside the Lincoln HS stadium. Baby K and I saw it from the car, so we stopped in. (Passed a couple of churches with nice playgrounds, but also fences or signs warning away the rabble.) It's big, and has some nice modern-ish equipment plus some older metal stuff. Lots of climbing areas, a couple of slides, a smaller playground for little kids. I guess Baby K wasn't taken with it because she wanted to leave after 10 minutes or so, an assessment I agreed with.
