I love this place but, i've had several issues which involves their "system" Orders sometimes don't go through or sale items come up full price (WHICH THEY MATCHED FOR THEIR SITE AFTER DOUBLE CHECKING THANK YOU) The last time I went in they told me I had to pay the state which, i already did, and i just got the card a few weeks prior and was used there. The check-in lady didn't seem to understand how to actually fix the issue but, I was able to confirm at another dispensary that my ID was fine. This defense is garbage! Every time I go there there is some issue. One time I was trying to order product and they actually let a customer time in and give his opinion about my ordering. Caused me a big issue! The way they have it set up is horrible and I do not recommend this place the staff are rude and snobby and get attitude all the time! read more

Friendly people, nice environment. Security guard is a really great guy and the people behind the counter are always awesome. edit: Took two stars away due to a issue with a return. Called the 1800 number and explained the bad reaction to some oil. I have a panic disorder and instead of relaxing me this brought on a horrible panic attack and anxiety for two days.(used half a grain of rice worth) . They informed me I had 60 days to return it to the location. https://col-care.com/return-policy/ After attempting to do so the induvial behind the counter asked for some sort of proof. With all due respect if you are unaware or wont honor a return policy do not insult your cliental. Taller gentlemen gave me a double discount for that days purchase which was kind, as normally they typically are. But this interaction left a sour taste going forward. I will be going out of my way to a further away location for future purchases. If the business reads this I would implore them to work closer with there 1800 customer service line so mixed signals are not given to customers going forward. Also since I am unable to return it, and unable to use it... I asked if I could donate it... The staff are pleasant and the restrooms are clean but I feel like a prisoner checking into a high security ward. They have items on the electronic board for sale and when you want to look at the book with the descriptions, they are missing. Whatever I got on my first trip had absolutley no affect on me and I think the pills and tinctures are placebos. We shall see if what I got today helps me. Can't wait till this stuff becomes legal and I don't have to travel so far. Our debit card would not work, had to leave and go to an ATM. Make sure you come with cash in hand or suffer the delay and embarrasment if your bank will not authorize debit to this place. read more

I was working on mountain house and decided to stop by as flower products are limited at my regular dispensary, pleasantly surprised!! Good location with ample parking, you can make this a stop while doing all your grocery shopping ( in the same outdoor mall) the staff was quite welcoming and product levels were great. Prices were a little high but not outrageous and they offer various discounts to seniors and veterans. When I'm up here this will be my go to place. The overall atmosphere is relaxing and not a rush to get you out. Just remember cash only and bring your dd214! read more

There's almost always a long line and it's difficult for me to stand in line for long periods of time because I have fibromyalgia and arthritis. The workers are very nice and curbside pickup is great now that it is available but it hasn't always been that way. I've had to stand in line for 20-30 minutes before and the whole time I am dealing with muscle spasms and praying my back doesn't give out entirely. It's a convenient location since it is just down the road from my pain management clinic, but the parking lot is always full and there's always a ton of people. I try to go elsewhere unless I absolutely have to come here because it's very bad for my chronic pain and anxiety to stand in line with a large group of people. It's not terrible when they aren't busy but you have to go early in the morning on weekdays if you don't want to deal with a large crowd. Weekends, afternoon, and holidays are always a nightmare here. read more

This place refuses to post prices as well as carry reasonably priced products. I am forced to drive an hour and 10 minutes away with a disability to get reasonably priced products. Every other Dispensary also fortunately posts their prices and product list daily, so I know exactly how much money I will be spending before I travel there. 1/8s should be $40.00, but not at this place. I just heard that this company opened up another location in Wilkes Barre which is very depressing. I'm left guessing what the prices of their flower are going to be because they are the only dispensary I have ever seen in America that doesn't post their prices. Looking at their menu, it's probably going to be mainly $58.00 1/8ths, which honestly should be a crime to sell to sick people at that price point. We desperately need a well managed dispensary to move into NEPA and offer affordable reasonably priced products who's prices are advertised. Maybe that will force this poorly managed set of dispensaries to get its act together. I am getting really tired of having to drive all the way to Bethlehem and King Of Prussia with a disability to buy decent products that I can actually afford. $10.00 grams, $37.00 1/8s, and $40.00 cartridges all await when you leave the Scranton Area, unfortunately this company somehow got two permits to open up dispensaries, so you won't find products at those prices at Keyser Avenue or in Wilkes Barre read more
