I'm making note that this review was written in the middle, or hopefully tail end of the 2020 Covid 19 Pandemic. I hope people will read this and think, I'm glad that is over! I had visited 6 different Ohio Medical Marijuana dispensaries in Ohio in the first 18 months of the program and the current pandemic has affected all of them and their ability to do business with the public. During this time, as I did in the first year of the program, I am cutting them some slack for many things outside their control. That aside, this place seems well run and has nice people. I was impressed with the prices and selection. I will definitely stop here when I pass through Dayton for things I can't find in Columbus. read more

Every time I come here I am well taken care of. The employees are generally very polite and in upbeat moods! They have a wide variety of products- I always make my order online and it's ready at the time of pick up but usually I can pick it up before. This place is a joke can't walk in and place and order can't see a damn thing you buy before you buy it and if you want to pick up the same day you better place your order at midnight or when you wake up they will be out of time slots there is no reason you should not be able to get your medicine that day I understand if it was close to closing time but here it is not even 1pm and you have no time slots for the rest of the day and you don't close till 7 Ohio's medical marijuana program is a joke and there flower is a joke too 80$ for a 5.66 jar and half the time it isn't even worth the money I need to move to California or Michigan because this is a joke read more

Wow! what a terrible experience! The lack of clarity on the website confused me, so instead of pre-ordering product I was made to wait in the 32 degree weather and scroll their menu on my phone. When asked if there was an alternative, the security guard condescendingly reminded me of the policy listed on the website. Moments later a young lady came out to verify my ID needing my drivers license because my passport was not sufficient (not her doing based on Ohio protocol, but still quite silly) and lastly when addressing the staff explaining that i had questions about the product.. i was ignored entirely. Maybe it's because it's 15 mins till they close, maybe they're apathetic about the program or it's patients. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but i definitely won't be returning. I've also noticed that the website price IS NOT WHAT I WAS CHARGED, the store price is much more expensive. 1/5 do not recommend this dispensary. read more

Well it seems to be improving again for awhile it went way downhill they really need a better location though there is very little parking and basically zero reception area. Employees are very nice and helpful they have the best prices and selection around I only rated 3 stars because whoever scoped it out and seriously thought this was a good location for a medical marijuana dispensary seriously needs their head examined! read more

I'm giving Strawberry Fields dispensary in Dayton, Ohio a one star review. Only because, I couldn't give it less than that. This is supposed to be a medical facility yet no one ever, ever answers the phone! Even before Covid they did not answer their phone. December 23, 2020 I visited this establishment for the first time. I had placed my order online and only needed to pick up the product. I had my medical marijuana card pulled up on my phone and my ID ready. A very large man with no neck, was at the door. He asked me for my information along with the form that I had filled out and he tried to take my phone and license. I told him he couldn't have my phone. He said, exactly," that's the way we do it, do you want it or not"? He wanted to take my opened phone to the back so they could take my information, I don't think so. And I've never been treated so rudely by anybody at a medical facility! Avoid this place like the plague! It's not a medical facility. I then drove to the Forest in Springfield where I was treated very nicely and the nice man there even printed a card out for me. Everyone has always bent to over backwards to be kind and helpful at the other dispensaries that I go to. Which include, the forest (formerly pure Ohio wellness in Springfield), pure Ohio wellness Dayton and London locations, Terrasana, Springfield and Mad River remedies in Riverview. Any of these other locations are wonderful and very professionally run. Speaking of run, run in the other direction, away from Strawberry Fields dispensary. They've lost all of my business as well as, as many people as I can tell about it but I'm sure they don't care. They're right in the middle of a college area so I guess that the man at the front door treats the college kids like he treated me, rudely! read more

First they make you pre-order, give you a time to pick it up, then expect you to wait in line for over an hour for your order. The people that work there are rude and the man at the door is not wearing a mask as covid numbers surge in Montgomery County. Unacceptable!!! Go elsewhere. read more

This store is garbage prices are ridiculous service is trash and they don't honor their coupons, discounts, promos, etc... they try to blame it on corporate(in Colorado) as yo why they don't honor them and say they are a franchise and don't have to, then when I told them I was going to contact the corporate & state licensing program, they tried to refused to sell to me, even though they had already taken my I.D. & Card and completed my order, what there doing is false advertising then charge you full price, I tried to call before my pick-up to see why my promo code wasn't working and they never answer the phone(after I called 7 times during the day starting at 11am through 3pm when I was to pick it up, thats done on purpose, so you can't ask them questions and they can do you however they want when you get there, I will never patronize this place ever again and my suggestion is that you don't either, they are scammers thats why its online order only!!! Try some of the others like pureohio, the forest, mad river, etc... Hopefully they close this one down!!! Save you money if thinking of going here... read more
