With both my wife and I being remote workers, you can imagine how important good internet and even better service is to us and coming from much bigger ISP's, I can safely say you will not find a company that provides better service than GC Powernet. There will always be system wide outages out of any ISP's control. However, GC Powernet's customer service is unmatched. For example, we lost internet one day at 9:30pm. I called GC Powernet to report the outage and left a message thinking that it probably wouldn't be addressed until the next morning. So I was surprised to see a text from Clint at GC Powernet at 10:40pm stating that they had received my message, looked into the issue and found it to be a system wide outage with the PUD company that was affecting all local ISP's at the time. You will not get this type of service from any other carrier. They truly look after their customers and will go the extra mile to help or provide information for issues out of their control. This was supposed to be a simple case. this lawyer makes it feel as if youre not a big case, you…read morewill just be pushed to the back every single time and then they extract all your retainer by delaying, rescheduling, and then never doing anything so that you have to call or email just for them to say they will do something, and then do nothing and then get charged for their negligence and then have it all happen all over again over and over. 90% of our fees were just from trying to get answers and get things moving, being promised something would be done soon, and then just get lied to and told other cases are being worked on and i'm assuming just because these other cases they are working on will make more money for this firm. if you dont have a big case with juicy pockets for these liars, look elsewhere because you are not important in the slightest to these people. they will happily take you in just to milk you dry while doing nothing at all for you. We were constantly told we would get updates or callbacks just to wait 2-3 weeks since we didnt want to be too pushy before calling again, and still not even get any responses back. Well after 8 months, i have to say this was the biggest waste of money. They set us up with scenarios just so we would have to contact them to waste more money time after time. if youre not going to take cases seriously then dont take on the clients you don't care about actually helping. Its been an aggravating and pathetic excuse for a "service" that every single person at this firm has given to us. multiple people all did the same exact thing from this firm. Promise something will finally be taken care of, just for nothing to get done again. It makes you think that this is a strategy that they all know to do just to get more money from people they feel they wont be able to get the entire retainer from... and at this point i dont think its a theory, its exactly what they do.

First off I will say he is a strong salesman and presents himself to be amazing with accomplishments. Once he got his retainer, he didn't live up to the expectations he set forth in the beginning. He would start tasks and bill for them, even when they weren't requested. He went over my brother's head multiple times. During one of the meetings between Mr. MaGee, my brother and I, he began to discuss other people's cases and had other people's case documents open on his desk in piles with names and sensitive data out. He showed up to court frantic, unprepared and sloppily dressed. My mom and I got documents to him on time and he failed to get them to the courts on time. The judge even made a comment about how unprepared and how the late documents couldn't be submitted, but oh yes did that time get billed to my brother. Again this is my perspective of Mr. MaGee as a professional and how I personally saw him handle, interact and almost hurt my brother's case. Luckily the defendant dropped the c ase and then the head attorney Mr. McKean was able to salvage the remainder of his case and help fix the multiple over billings in time and expenses that got used against my brother's full retainer paid up front. In my opinion I wouldn't go back and hire him again.

I had been very unsatisified because it seemed like the internet goes out for days at a time and sometimes multiple times a day. (Several times I made them pro-rate my bill because of this). I will say, that since Vyve has taken over, the overall service is much, much better and I don't notice regular interruptions in service like I had experienced previously. I probably do need to talk to Vyve about a "repeater" because I like to use my phone/tablet in the garage and I don't get good signal out there, (but it's also on the complete opposite side of the house from where the base is in the master bedroom). I so desperately wanted to be able to get AT&T's UVerse previously, (what I had before moving), but at this time I'm very pleased with the Vyve service and will continue to subscribe to it.

I've had to call more than once about the same internet issues, slow upload speeds and going to certain websites will cause the entire internet service to drop off for around 30 seconds. tech people will do something and it will be okay for maybe a day and then the same things start happening again. Talking to their customer service people over the phone or in the office (I have no idea if there is more than one, I've been "lucky" to get the same one every time) and you get the impression of "why are you bothering me with your issues?" If you have other choice sin the Moses Lake area, take them, otherwise prepare to deal with what you get from Northland.
