They only have 3 pumps (6 stations) so it gets to be pretty crowded when more than 3 cars show up. Without saying anything to me, she walked over to the photo counter. She then looked at me and said, "Come here," while rolling her eyes. Once she found my order, she placed it on the counter near her to scan and simply said, "There you go, thanks." She didn't hand me my photos or make any effort to provide even basic customer service. she just stood there waiting for me to take them myself. I completely understand that everyone has bad days, and I try to give people grace for that. However, I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience when I was simply there to pick up something I had paid for. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because a small interaction like this can really affect a customer's experience. I still like Holland CVS, but I definitely left feeling disappointed by the way I was treated today.

I love the way the car looks afterwards, no soap or wax left behind and service is always friendly. There are options for monthly memberships, but I haven't gotten one since I get my car washed maybe once every few months, more often in winter for salt. Will definitely consider one though when I use my car more for travel. The free vacuums are a huge bonus. You can access those before or after your wash and there are packages where you can get the wipes for the dash and windows also for DIY detailing. Now I just wish there was one closer to Allegan so I could go more often, not just when I'm in Holland!

I'm a major fan of the Quality Car Wash stores in the Holland area. Of course, you have to mention…read morethe free vacuums. I have yet to find a place that will let you use the vacuums for free! I go out of my way to take my car here just so save the $1.50 or whatever I would pay somewhere else. I haven't bought a monthly car wash ticket yet, only the single ones but I have to say that I'm satisfied with the washes. Yes I can wash it myself more effectively but I don't do it in less than 5 minutes. The South Town location doesn't have as sophisticated of a setup as the other locations around town, but the wash quality is the same. The in-store experience is pretty nice. It's a larger than average store and they have your run of the mill goods. They serve Tim Horton's coffee which is small step above what you get across the street at speedway. My one area of critique is how the pumps are arranged. This isn't the biggest gas station lot and it pays for it with the layout of the pumps. Still better than the Speedway across the street but it is a bit of a hassle none the less.
