They take the time to listen, explain every step, and make sure I feel comfortable and cared for. I have never once felt rushed or dismissed. Dr. Justensen is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly compassionate. After rushing to get my appointment and arriving a little late, the check-in person was so warm and friendly that I was not frantic anymore. She was very personable and kind. The radiologist also had a good bedside manner. She completed my test and I was on my way.

BOTH arms were in casts wrist to shoulder and my left knee (hematoma) and foot were broken. And that was just the physical state I was in, my mental state was bruised as well. To say that the staff put me back together is an understatement. The PT's, OT's, Doctors, nurses, volunteers, housekeeping, and food services staff are incredible. They work on individual plans catered to your personal rehabilitation and review those daily. They CARE and it shows. It's not just a job, they are determined and rooting for you. (No kidding, they applaud your accomplishments.)

Dr. Nazario is one of the best family practice doctors. She is kind, thoughtful, and been there for me during loads of changes in my life, always with great advice. As for this practice, I've had hit or miss with some of the on call practitioners, and the front desk staff. Overall I'd say 9/10 times it's great, but there are off days. I would recommend Dr. Nazario to anyone though that is looking for a really great doc.

I've been coming here to see Dr. Ruiz for a few years. very professional staff. the thing I like…read morebest is that my wait time has always been very short. this team is efficient in getting me an appointment then when I arrive I am in the exam room in a few minutes. while in the exam room I think the longest I had to wait for dr ruiz was 10 minutes. they are also efficient getting my prescriptions filled at my pharmacy.
