However, since the road has been "upgraded" and can no longer just turn in, the hassle is not worth the food I picked up last night, Thursday, April 23, 2026. I ordered a pork chimichanga and was told 10-15 minutes, immediately got in car and in 10 minutes or less, walked in to my order setting on the checkout counted. Weird. Got home, food was stone cold, soggy and without any flavor. Even the inside materials were cold, huge meat chunks and flavorless. Either it's new owners or that night the chef was not paying attention. Bummer. I could not eat it even after heating it up. Also, upon opening the box I noticed the fresh toppings were wilted. Ugg. Their pico de gallo use to be out of this world. Why was the food on the counter and not under the heat lamps? Where did the flavor go? Not sure I'll return or tell folks about this place any more.

The ingredients are high quality and the food doesn't take too long. The staff is always very friendly and happy to serve you.

There's something surreal about eating a delicious biscuit breakfast sandwich at 7:00 am in the morning when its raining outside. I'm surprised I even got a photo of it before demolishing it. The owner gave us some tasty samples of pork cuts and we had to go for it. For $11, you can get 2 meat cuts and 1 side. The portions are huge and the quality is unbelievable. The cooker is right next to the food truck and it comes directly to the truck where she cuts it up for the customer. I had pork bbq and rib combo. The pork was so tender, juicy and flavorful. Nice and crispy on the outside and moist & tender on the inside. I could not have asked for anything else while sitting in front of the truck starring at the mountains on a cool autumn day. Katy used to cook in the Santa Maria area of California and it shows. I really love her tender, nicely smoked tri tip - often in a sandwich, sometimes in a wrap. She also makes a killer pineapple salsa that really sets it off. Ribs and chicken are available too, as are Santa Maria style beans. Just drive by and smell the peach wood smoke and the meat on the grill and you will be hungry!!
