Include these folks, (friendly, easy) in any quotes you get for bodywork. I chose them for the price and reviews. And the results in 2025 for my 2011 Avalon were 100% !!

When I showed up the shop, everyone was really friendly and the shop itself is very clean. There is seating inside, but I had a friend take me home. They had to install an extra piece that costs more than my original estimate, but they called before doing it so I appreciated that. It cost $230, similar to other companies when I called for estimates. They estimated about 1.5 hours, but it wasn't ready until about 2.5 hours later. That didn't really concern me since I had gone home anyway. If I come back for future services, I'll just plan on it taking a little longer which isn't a big deal. I've had the Viper system for about a month and no problems. Everything works exactly how it's supposed to! So all positives! I'll be back for future vehicle needs for sure.

They do all my adjustments for my daily driver as well as my SCCA Solo F-Prepared MINI Cooper S. All the guys there know who I am and don't treat me different because I am a woman; most of them know me by first name on the phone, what cars I own, etc. The owner has some of the best mechanics around and is always there to help, give advice and feedback, guide us in the right direction, troubleshoot, etc. It is great to see other people who are passionate about motorsports and racing. The fact I trust these guys with my car means I would easily trust them with my life. The owner once told me he took over this place because he couldn't trust a garage and decided the best way to remedy that was to run his own. You can't argue with that! For racers (SCCA Time Trials, Time Attack, Club Racing, Solo) they offer every service possible: Corner balancing, full race support, performance parts and installation, advice, troubleshooting, ECU upgrades, and they also rent race cars as well as offer driver services. For the everyday driver they offer basic services like fluid changes, tire mount and balance, mechanical work, etc. These guys have never lied to me or steered me astray or stretched the truth to make a sale. Their shop prices for parts and labor are very reasonable and they don't round their time up or attempt things they don't know how to do (which I haven't found yet).

(Proof below). Two months later I was sent an invoice for $6,700. Owner of shop cited extra work that needed to be done as the reason. So I went in to pick up my car with $5,200 cash and paid the rest on my debit card. My car was dirty, had loose wires hanging by the pedals that I had to tuck myself, the front tires rubbed at full lockout due to new rotors in the front. I noticed a dent on my hood that was caused by the nut on the air cleaner not being tightened down. And worst of all, not a single lugnut was torqued down, I verified and torqued them all after one was found on the ground next to the tire after I brought the car home. I called the owner and told him I wasn't happy about going way over budget for such shotty work. He told me he would make it right but never did. I left a less than impressive review on the Facebook the other day and the owner decided to argue with me and ultimately told me that he only charged me $5500 instead of the $6700 I actually paid. Even as I sent him the emails and txt messages from when the work was completed. He also came up with every excuse in the book as to why the lugnuts were loose, And why their work was so bad. This business took me for a ride, charge me premium prices, only to pocket some cash. And lie about it later. If you value you car, or your pocketbook. Stay away from this business. I'm not permitted to leave disassembled vehicles in my driveway due to HOA rules. Because of this I called up Lucky's and talked to Cody about my truck and what I wanted to do. Cody was great setting things up over the phone and it didn't bother the guys that I had specific heads and studs that I wanted to use. Kyle was the awesome, highly knowledgeable mechanic that was tasked with the work. I wanted a mechanic that had a passion for doing good work and was proud of the final product. After meeting Kyle a few times before and during the job I realized he was the right person for the job. He found a few small issues after pulling the heads. Instead of just sending me a massive bill, he called to let me know what the issue was and we discussed ways to address it properly. While putting everything back together, Kyle found one of my rocker boxes was cracked. When I picked up the truck he let me know that he had a spare one lying around the shop so he replaced it - no charge to me. Prior to installing the o-ringed cylinder heads, Kyle checked them over and noted that one had an issue. He contacted the vendor and arranged to have a new head shipped to the shop. Kyle called me after the fact and let me know what the problem was - and that he was already working on a resolution. I could give several more scenarios where Kyle and Cody took care of me and, more importantly, my truck. Now my 2005 Harley Davidson Edition 6.0 runs better than ever. She doesn't leak coolant or oil, the headgaskets are sealed tight, and my oil & coolant temps are perfect. The guys also recommended a few aftermarket parts for me. I gave the parts a try and I'm glad I did! I have no regrets using Lucky's and is the only shop I recommend Powerstroke owners use.

Worst fabrication I've ever seen in my 20 years of racing. Took car in to have a roll cage…read moreinstalled. They told me they have it done in four days which I knew was impossible. 5 WEEKS later I finally got my car back. The welds are the worst mig welds I've ever seen. Imagine a Campbell Hausfield $100 welder from Walmart used by someone who has never welded, and then didn't use any gas to boot. The integrity of everything they've welded is now in question and I've wasted $10,000 with these incompetent people who have zero business being in the fabrication world. As an added bonus they hooked up the handbrake such that it locks up the left front tire and right rear! Lastly the bolts for the harnesses protrude through the floor of the car such that the first bump or rock I hit will shear them completely in half. It's a rally car so that shouldn't be a problem :-( They apologized for all the shit work and said they fired the guy that did it, but that doesn't help me nor recover the $10k that was wasted.
