Interesting and authentic! You can also buy wine by the glass. They have red/white/rosé of the day for about €8 with higher quality than neighboring restaurants. The winestore/bar has about 6 small tables in a steep alley located in central Villefranche. During high season there is a calm flow of people strolling by. I ordered the vegetarian salad, which was one of the best salads I've ever had in my entire life. The fries stole the show though, they were DEFINITELY the best fries I have EVER had!!! Patatas bravas... thick-cut fries heavily seasoned with herbs-de-Provence... IN Provence!!!
