This school is the worst-started in one program and was moved to another for extra help. The instructor was late or changed times at the last minute. Not everybody learns the same, and was told can accommodate. Spent 3 weeks of money for training and gained "zero" !! Don't waste your money on this program! read more

I truly had a 5-star experience with Marguerita. I had a private lesson, and her knowledge, expertise, and ability to quickly evaluate the level of my driving skill was readily apparent. Beginning with an initial drive around a large office park and ending with a drive on the Interstate, I felt a sense of confidence built within me. I benefited from her guidance and suggestions. While assessing my driving capability, she shared tips, and information that can only come from years of experience in helping people to pass their driving road test. I very much appreciated her patience, understanding, and genuine desire to help me zero in on my shortcomings. This was a learning experience for me, and one which I thoroughly enjoyed. I am a senior and I was required to take a driving test with DMV, so I decided it would be good to take a refresher course. I spoke with Margarita and she set up an appointment. I could tell from the initial conversation that she was very sharp as to driving skills.I was not disappointed as she put me through the paces and was most helpful in giving me tips on driving and indicated that she felt I would pass and she was correct. We had an appointment for 7:10 and got here at 6:30 to make sure we weren't late. We saw his instructor leave not knowing it was his instructor at the time till we asked another employee to make sure we had it right. My sister and I went threw this program and had no problem and it ended up the same instructor we had! It's frustrating since we live 30 mins from the school and have no one to contact. We ended up waiting till 8:00 and ended up leaving a note and leaving. read more

Such great customer service! Everyone I spoke with was so helpful to explain everything I needed to do to complete driver's school, after I received a speeding ticket. They were extremely accommodating and suggested that, since I had a busy scheduled, I complete the drivers clinic online. They seemed to really care about what was best for me, as their customer. The instructor was really good and made the eight hour class entertaining, interesting and bearable. However the classroom was too small for the 30+ students in attendance. There was only one small bathroom for male and female and at one point they ran out of hand soap and gave bathroom cleaning wipes as an alternative. (Thirty adults in the same room for 8 hours)The front office staff were unprofessional and rude so the less interaction you have with these people the better. They interrupted the class several times due to their own administrative ineptitude. Seems as though they feel that we have to be there so there is no reason to act like we have customer service skill. Having said that; the instructor made it worth it, I got the certificate I came for but not much else positive to say. read more

The staff was very friendly, very sociable and made setting everything up very easy. The instructor I had was incredibly kind, understanding, but never mean or aggressive. I passed my driver's license road test in one shot thanks to him! It's easy to reschedule and they will even pick you up at your residence if need be for a bit more. I highly recommend this school for anyone of any age who wants to learn how to drive or improve, you WILL get your money's worth. read more
