I flooded it trying to start it in the 15-degree weather, called them back and they sent a truck right over for a jump start. I drove to their Michigan Ave shop and left it there a few hours. That is even after telling them I am very mechanically inclined. After a bit of research and tearing my newer transmission apart, I found they took that spring out. Would have took them to court but I would have to take time off work and lose at least one days pay to end up possibly gaining very little if any. I just figured I would spread the word about this crooked business would be better than winning in court. Use these guys at your own risk and don't be surprised when this happens to you after reading this. This is not the only time I heard of this. I have talked to a couple other people that said something very similar.
