Very small shop that very clearly sells lots and lots of sobrasada. And if you're not familiar with sobrasada, it's a cured sausage made from pork and paprika and some other stuff.
This shop has it and has it in spades. An uncountable number of sobrasada sausages are tied and hanging from the walls, from the shelves and from the ceilings. As well, shelves of other interesting spices and candies, many of which are imported but some are local.
The shop smells amazing and the sobrasada tastes even better. Sadly, most meat products can not be brought into the United States. I only bought a few small sobrasada sausages that I was going to eat on the trip before getting to New York. read more
