There is a white man in a black Lexus that unplugs the EV Chargers. My car has scratches near the charging port now.

I find that this city is a little unusual, in that all of the cemetaries were moved here when the…read morepopulation of San Francisco was increasing (there is only one cemetary left in SF, it is for dogs or pets, I think that I read this in a guide book a long time ago). This city is the next one over from Daly City, but it is just before South San Francisco. True story: when we would cut class, often times, my friends and I would check out the graves at the nearby cemetaries, but first, we'd go to the local corner store and buy a snack or a drink. We'd read the stones and when we saw a young child or baby, we'd be sad. We weren't disrespectful. I think we were just killing time, until we could sneak into a friend's place nearby. My school was called Colma Middle School, but when the principal retired, it was renamed Thomas R. Pollicita Middle School. It was the closest middle school within the district from my home on Edgemar Street (off of Lowell). I'd take the Sam Trans bus there, but I'd catch it near Templeton. Sometimes, I'd get a ride home, I guess that depended on the schedule. I went there for three years.

For as long as I can remember, the City of Colma was only known as one thing.....the burial…read morelocation of my family members, grand parents, god parents, and close friends of the family. I work in the essential services, and I sometimes visit customers/ patients who live in or near Colma. When I get to their front door, I can see a cemetery nearby. It's hard to tell if I'm in Daly City, Colma, or South San Francisco. Rest in Peace, God Bless.....

Fairmont Subdivisions needs a financial audit. I would chip in for that. I mean where are all our…read moremonthly payments going. I could guess but an audit for certain. What's with the special assessment? 3000+ homes fall under this omen. My estimates are that the board granted themselves a vacation and some play money. I used to be the president of Libra Terrace HOA in Oakland. We had serious issues to address. Noone challenges the existence of the HOA. As I recall the mere existence of an HOA does not grant immutable power. As a governing body within the context of a democratic association by-laws can be ammended. Anything can be ammended The Constitution of the United States just for example the USC has been ammended 5 times since 1970, The creation of the FMHOA while undoubtedly a legal entity besides the annoying monthly statements, has to announce regular elections and meets regularly to discuss issues related to the properties as so defined. I've been here since 12 and I've never seen a single flyer proclaiming a monthly meeting, secret ballot elections to elect a Board of Governors. The current members have been in place for generations. We need an association. To enforce quality of life issues. We need to follow through and elect some regular homeowners. Also the City needs weekly street cleaning. Fines for cars parked for weeks on end. This association is our association as recognized by the state. As a dues paying member I'm calling for a straight up financial audit. The current bunch surepeticiously voted for a special assesmment that will net them a one time cash windfall of $1,000,349.00. That's a pretty nice chunk of change for NOTHING.
