Having fostered as they do, it's a way of being able to give accurate feedback on the dog and its behaviours. We were able to meet him and see him in a home environment and had a good chat with his wonderful practical Foster Mother. We were worried about our cat, we wanted to be sure the dog would tolerate her, and they facilitated a trial day. Everything worked out well, they are now good friends!! I completed the good dog course with my dog and couldn't believe how much we learned in the 5 week course. I really felt this training helped improve my dogs confidence as well as strengthening our bond. The facility at the DSPCA is beautiful with an indoor arena available for the days we got rain. There are great staff to client ratios with small class sizes and lots of trainers and assistants in each class. All of my questions were answered and the class was so interactive and fun. I couldn't recommend this training school more.
